SKAI is run by Kabir Mulchandani – a Dubai-based entrepreneur and veteran real estate professional – along with his family. SKAI is an acronym: the “S” stands for “Siddarth”, Mr. Mulchandani’s brother and Chairman of the company; the “K” stands for Kabir; and “A1” is shorthand for “are one.” The name of the company reflects the importance and strength of this family partnership.

SKAI Holding is a Dubai-based family-owned real estate investment firm. Launched in 2011, it seeks to identify residential property investment opportunities, primarily in Dubai, and to realise sustainable returns for its shareholders through the development and sale of real estate assets acquired by the company.

SKAI’s strategy is to identify nearly complete, strategically located developments and to provide capital in return for equity participation.
The company then completes these developments and, through its sales and marketing arm, sells and delivers outstanding units.
